Jerry Lewis Returns in Max Rose

A star from the Golden Age of Hollywood is returning to the silver screen. Best known for his slapstick roles of the mid-20th century, Jerry Lewis appears to be taking on a somber turn as the recently widowed Max Rose. The Nutty Professor last starred on the big screen more than a quarter century ago.

The tagline for the film seems to have a double meaning for the lead character and the star playing him.
