Let This Star Wars: The Force Awakens Blu-ray Announcement Clip Wow You

If it's been a while since you've seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens, then this Blu-ray announcement clip will be sort of shocking—in that you'll go, wow, this movie really was pretty awesome. This 45 second blast of Star Wars goodness is the Battle of Takodana, when Han, Rey, Chewie and Finn go to seek Maz Kanata's help and end up drawing the First Order to her castle. The clip showcases what was so great about J.J. Abrams film; the real stunts (especially those Stormtroopers being blown ten feet into the air), the attention to characters (we never lose sight of where Han, Finn and Chewie are—Rey's gone off into the woods), and the sizzling, kinetic energy of the scene.

The Force Awakens is coming to Blu-ray on November 15, and a month later, you'll be lining up to see the first non-saga Star Wars film ever, Rogue One. It's a good time to be a Star Wars fan.
