Super Bowl 50: Turkish Airlines Super Clever Batman v Superman Ads

Warner Bros. may have pulled off the greatest ad campaign coup in recent memory; if it's true they didn’t actually buy any airtime during Super Bowl 50, they still managed to plug Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice thanks to their, partner Turkish Airlines. In fact, they dropped two promos, and the best part is they were very clever.

The conceit is simple; Turkish Airlines is touting tourism ads for two new cities that the airline now serves; the twin cities of Metropolis and Gotham. Each ad highlights the city's resident celebrities, from billionaire Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) to billionaire Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), with shout outs to Superman and Batman, respectively.

Two ads for the price of none? If that's indeed the case, Warner Bros. marketing team deserves some major respect. Even if they did pay, these are two clever spots, which is what the best Super Bowl ads are supposed to be.
