New Star Wars: The Force Awakens Teaser: A Sky Filled With TIE Fighters

In just eleven seconds, the latest teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens shared by Walt Disney Studios Twitter page manages to pack in a lot of information. It opens with the iconic sound of TIE fighters playing against a black screen, and then it’s a close-up of a very concerned looking Rey (Daisy Ridley), looking up into the sky with her trusted droid BB-8 and finding a sky filled with the First Order’s improved fighters, as well as a few other ships.

It’s clear that something bad is going on here. Perhaps we’ll find out more when the full trailer bows tonight during Monday Night Football. Check out two other new teasers Disney released today here.
